We are located at F 46 in Sector 39, Noida. It’s a quiet enough street, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. Bvi Hr Practice is just a small firm where we handle people stuff. Hiring, paperwork, and all those things that companies need help with. We’ve got a small office here that feels pretty lived-in. There are folders everywhere and some old whiteboards with scribbles on them. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it works for us. We have a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a while now. We don't use a lot of fancy software; a lot of it is just talking to people and keeping good notes. The Sector 39 area is mostly houses, so it’s a bit of a walk to the main market if we want lunch. Usually, we just bring something from home. We don't spend time on big presentations about ourselves. We just do the work as it comes in. If a client calls, we pick up and try to help. It’s a very simple way of running things. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of positions to fill, but mostly it’s a steady pace. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We’re just a bunch of people in an office in Noida. The morning sun hits the front window, so we usually keep the blinds down until noon. It's a decent, quiet place to get things finished.
