Brainsearch Consulting Firm

Our office, Brainsearch Consulting Firm, is located in Sector 61, Noida. We are at C-98, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with this part of U.P. It’s more of a residential-looking building turned into an office, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the high-rise blocks nearby. We’ve been here for a good bit now, doing recruitment and consulting. It’s mostly just us on our phones and computers all day. Sometimes the traffic in Noida gets a bit much, but Sector 61 is relatively manageable. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We eat our lunch together and talk about normal stuff. The work itself can be busy, especially when a lot of positions open up at once, but we take it one day at a time. We don't spend a lot on fancy furniture or decor. The chairs are comfortable enough and the internet works, which is what matters for what we do. If you walk past C-98, you’ll see our small sign. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to do a decent job for the people who reach out to us. It’s a practical way to run a business without any extra fluff. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks we have.
