Our place, Boyden Resources Pvt. Ltd, is located at Flat No. 804 in the Mecon Apartment complex. We are in Sector-62, Noida, which is a pretty well-known area for offices. Being in an apartment building instead of a standalone commercial block makes the workday feel a bit different. We have a nice view from the eighth floor, which is a plus when you need a break from the screen. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some air. We have desks set up in the main living area and the bedrooms. It’s a practical use of space. We deal with resources and people, so there’s a lot of planning and talking involved. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s not chaotic either. We have a water cooler that makes a loud glugging sound, and the printer is usually humming in the corner. We don't have a receptionist; if someone rings the bell, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We've been here for a while and the neighbors in the building know us. It’s a straightforward environment. We just show up, do the resource work we need to do, and head out. It’s a decent spot in Noida, easy enough for people to find once they get to Plot C-58/10. We keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary fluff in how we operate.
