Bestever Toys Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 'Plany-N-Pets Mansion', which is at B-1, Sector-59. It’s a bit of an interesting name for a building, and it’s become a bit of a landmark for us. Sector 59 is a pretty industrial area, so there are a lot of trucks and workers around all the time. Our space is filled with toys, as you might expect, but it’s more of a warehouse feel than a toy store. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some parts of the building. We try to keep things moving, but sometimes the shipments get delayed and the place feels even more crowded. It’s a busy environment. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. The office part of the mansion is where we handle the orders and talk to suppliers. It’s a bit noisy because of the machines and the loading dock nearby. We’ve been here for a good few years now. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to helping with the packing. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s a working building where things get messy and people work hard. We focus on getting the toys out the door. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. We just talk across the desks and get on with it. It’s a practical way to run things.
