Ashish Enterprises Pvt Ltd.

Our place is at C-88 in Sector-4, and it’s been the home for Ashish Enterprises Pvt Ltd. for a good number of years. Sector-4 is a bit of a maze if you aren’t familiar with it, but we’ve gotten to know all the neighbors over time. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular industrial unit with some big iron gates and a small office space near the entrance. We spend a lot of time organizing inventory and making sure the shipments are ready to go. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking parts against the manifests. We don’t have a lot of polished brochures or a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk straight into the work area to find whoever they need to talk to. The staff here is a small group, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load a truck. The summers here can be tough, and the air gets quite thick in the afternoons, so we try to get the heaviest work done early in the morning. We don’t really follow a corporate script; we just talk to people like regular folks and try to be helpful where we can. Most of our days are spent just keeping the wheels turning and making sure the orders don't pile up too high on the desks.
