Our office at Abc Consultants is located at B 68 in Sector 55. Noida is absolutely full of offices these days, but Sector 55 feels a bit more settled and less like a giant concrete jungle than some of the newer areas. We have been operating out of this same building for quite some time now. It is a very simple setup with desks, some whiteboards that are usually covered in messy scribbles, and a lot of folders stacked up. We do consulting work, which basically means we talk to different businesses about how they can fix their internal problems or hire better people for their teams. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past our door. The office can get a bit cold in the winter months and sometimes too hot in the summer, but we have some old AC units that usually do their best to keep us comfortable. We are a small team, so we all end up doing a little bit of everything—from answering the door to writing up long reports. We don't have a strict dress code at all unless a client is actually coming in for a meeting, so most days we are just wearing casual clothes. It makes the work day feel a bit more natural and less stiff. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in all of India; we just want to do good work for the clients we already have. It is a quiet and honest way to make a living.
