Sanskar Public School

Our school is out in Greater Noida, which is a big, sprawling area that feels quite different from the main parts of Noida. We’ve been here at this location for some time, and the neighborhood around us has really grown with more families moving in every year. The school itself is a practical building designed to fit all the classrooms and labs we need. It’s not a fancy architectural marvel, just a solid place for kids to spend their day. We spend our mornings at the gate, making sure the students arrive safely and that everything is ready for the first bell. The office is usually a bit chaotic with parents coming in for admissions or to pay fees, and the phone seems to ring at the worst times. We handle all the admin work ourselves without any big corporate help. The playground gets a lot of use, and the grass is a bit patchy in places because of all the running around, but that’s how a school should be. In the winter, we have to deal with the heavy north Indian cold, and everyone comes in wrapped in thick sweaters. We don't have a polished mission statement on the wall; we just focus on making sure the teachers have their chalk and the benches are in good shape. It’s a lot of small, everyday tasks that keep us busy.
