Vikas Wsp Limited

Our place is over at B-86/87 in the Udyog Vihar RIICO Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a spread with the two plots joined together. If you’ve ever driven through RIICO, you know it can be a bit like a maze with all the different sectors and blocks. Vikas Wsp Limited has been operating from here for a while. The building shows a bit of age, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose. We have a lot of space for our equipment and the things we handle. In the mornings, the air is a bit cooler, which is nice before the industrial heat kicks in. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will probably be there to say hello. There’s always a lot of paperwork on the desks and the sound of phones ringing in the background. We keep things pretty informal among the staff. Everyone knows what their job is, so we don't need to make a big fuss about it. The parking can be a bit tight when everyone arrives at the same time, but we manage. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We like being in this part of town because it’s where all the action is for businesses like ours. It's just a regular workplace with regular people trying to get through the to-do list every week.
