Making soap is what we do here at 77/3 in Old Dhan Mandi. It’s an old part of the city. There is always a lot of noise from the trucks and the people moving about. We’ve been in this exact spot for many years now. The air usually smells like soap around here, which is actually quite nice compared to the rest of the market. We use every bit of the space we have. It’s not some huge, modern factory you see on TV, just a practical place where the work gets done. The workers show up early in the morning. We mix the ingredients, let things set, and then get them packed up. Old Dhan Mandi is constantly crowded. Getting our deliveries in and out can be a real headache some days. We don’t spend our money on fancy rugs or painting the walls every single year. The machines are getting a bit old but they still run just fine. We mostly keep our heads down and produce what's needed. People in the market have known us for a long time. We don't do much talking or advertising, just making sure the soap is ready. Life is pretty simple in this building. You see the same faces every morning. We don’t have a website with flashy photos or anything like that. Just a door and a basic sign. It’s a bit dusty, but that’s just how things are in the Mandi. We just keep the line going.
