Sri Saibaba Agrocel Syndicate Llp is tucked away in Sargasan, Gandhinagar. We work out of H-403 in the Swagat Flamingo building. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time, which helps us focus. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small syndicate where we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. Our work revolves around the agro-chemical side of things. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the quality of what we are moving. The office is really just a flat with some desks and a printer that jams too often. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people find us through word of mouth. We've been in Gandhinagar for some time now. We like the pace here. It’s not as frantic as some of the bigger cities. We don't put on an act for anyone. If you call us, you’re talking to the same person who handles the shipping. We try to be practical about everything. Sometimes we have to drive out to meet people in person because some things can't be handled over email. We aren't trying to sound like we have it all figured out. We just work hard and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day. That’s just the way it is for us.
