Specific Ceramics Ltd.

Our place is Plot No - 50 at Post - Karoli. Specific Ceramics Ltd. is located a bit away from the main city buzz. It’s a bit more peaceful out here, though we still have plenty of work to keep us occupied. We are mostly focused on the production side of things. The plot is fairly large, and we have various sections for different parts of the ceramic process. It’s a lot of dirt and clay and water, so it’s never exactly clean around here. We wear boots and old clothes because that’s what the job requires. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We’ve known each other for a long time. It feels more like a community than just a workplace. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the basics to keep track of what's going in and out. The road to Karoli can be a bit bumpy, especially after it rains. But we don't mind it much. We prefer being out here where there is a bit more space to breathe. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There aren't many distractions, which is good for getting things finished. If you’re looking for Specific Ceramics Ltd., just follow the signs toward Karoli and you’ll see our gate eventually. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down and the last shift ends.
