We are located out at Plot No 10 in the Sanand Engineering Estate. Being in the Gidc area means it’s all industry around here. The Nano plant is close by, so there’s always a lot of activity. We’re also near the Hazira Mata Ji Mandir, which is a nice landmark for people finding us. At Mahabal Metals Pvt Ltd, the work is mostly about metal and heavy stuff. It’s dusty and loud. We have a big shed where most of the work happens. The sun hits the metal roof and it gets really warm inside. We take breaks when we can. Usually, we just sit outside for a bit. There are trucks coming and going constantly. It’s an industrial life. We don't have much in the way of decoration. Just the machines and the stacks of materials. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The roads around here are always under some kind of repair. We just navigate through it every morning. Most of our guys have been with us for a long time. We know the rhythm of the machines by heart now. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly. It's just a normal part of the day. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just show up and do the work required at Plot No 10. It’s a long day from start to finish, but that is how we make things work here. The temple nearby offers a bit of peace.
