You can find us over at Sarjan Industrial Estate, right in the Ambika Mill Compounds area in Vatva Gidc. We’re in unit number 03. It’s quite loud around here with all the other factories and trucks moving in and out all the time. Badri Vishal Flexitech has been operating from this shed for a good bit now. We deal with technical stuff, mostly flex and industrial materials. It’s dusty work and our boots are usually dirty by the end of the shift. The heat in Vatva can be something else during the summer months. We have a small fan in the corner that doesn't do much but we’re used to it. The machinery takes up most of the space inside so it’s a bit tight when we have a full crew working. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that because the work happens on the floor. Most of us have been here for years and we know the machines inside out. If a part breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. It’s practical work. Nothing glamorous about it. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Usually, we wrap up by evening unless there's a big order to finish. It's just a regular industrial shop where people work hard. We don't talk much while the machines are running because you can't hear anything anyway. It's just a bunch of guys getting the job done.
