Modern Tiles & Blocks

Our place, Modern Tiles & Blocks, is over at Plot No 1 in Sector 11. We are right near Oslo Road in the Gidc area of Gandhidham. If you know the Gidc, you know it is a busy spot with lots of trucks and dust everywhere. We have a decent sized plot there where we keep all the tiles and blocks. Being in Sector 11 makes it convenient for transport, but the traffic on Oslo Road can be a real headache in the afternoons. We spend a lot of our time just moving heavy stacks around and making sure everything is where it should be. It is not a quiet office job. There is always the sound of machinery or someone loading a truck. We have been in Gandhidham for a bit now, and we have seen the area change as more businesses move into the Gidc. The sun gets really hot on the concrete out here, so we try to get the heavy loading done early. It is a basic setup, just a yard and a small space for the paperwork. We don't spend much on decorations because that isn't what people come here for. They just want their blocks or tiles and to get back to their own projects. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the gate gets stuck, but we manage. It’s just how things go.
