Xperiments Solutions Private Limited

Our office for Xperiments Solutions Private Limited is actually located inside a residential complex in Faridabad. We are in Flat 304, Tower T-24, at Parkfloor 2nd BPTP in Sector 76. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from this side of town, but we like the quiet. Working out of a flat gives the whole place a very different feel than a typical office building. It’s more personal, I guess. We have our equipment set up in the different rooms, and the kitchen is where we all end up gathering for tea breaks. The view from the third floor isn't bad either. We spend most of our hours here working on different experiments and tech projects. The name of the company kind of reflects how we like to try new ways of doing things. We don't have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It’s just us, the developers and designers, getting on with it. Sector 76 is still growing, so there’s always some construction going on nearby. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood. It feels more grounded than being in a high-rise in a city center. We keep things pretty informal. If a problem needs solving, we just pull up a chair and talk it through. It's a simple setup, but it allows us to focus on the work without any corporate distractions or unnecessary meetings. It works well for our small team.
