Our office is at 5K-114 on the first floor in the NIT-5 area. It is a small place where we spend most of our time building websites using WordPress. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the code and the themes. The office is pretty basic with just some desks, computers, and a few chairs that have seen better days. We do not have any corporate banners or motivational posters on the walls. Mostly, we just have notes scribbled on pieces of paper taped to our monitors. We spend a good part of the day trying to figure out why a site is loading slowly or how to fix a broken link. It is not a high-pressure environment like those big IT firms. We work at our own pace and try to make sure we understand what the person on the other end of the phone wants. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours and it gets a bit frustrating, but we usually figure it out eventually. We take turns going out to get samosas and tea in the evening. We do not have any fancy slogans or a list of values. We just build the sites and try to keep the clients from getting frustrated with technology. It is a simple way to earn a living and we enjoy the quiet of the office. We do not have any big growth plans. We just want to keep our computers running and our clients happy with the sites we build.
