Smart It Solution

We set up our office at No. 16/5 on the Delhi Mathura Road. We are very close to the Delhi Public School, which is helpful because everyone knows where that is. The road outside is always packed with cars and buses, so there’s a lot of noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We handle IT solutions here, which basically means we fix computers and help people with their tech problems. Our office is small and usually filled with a lot of tangled wires and open computer cases. It’s definitely not a corporate showroom. We prefer a more relaxed environment where we can just focus on the hardware. We don't have a strict dress code; you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. The school nearby means that during certain times of the day, the street is completely blocked with parents and school buses. We usually take our breaks then. We’ve been here for a few years now and have a lot of regular people who drop by when their laptops start acting up. We don't use a lot of fancy words to explain things. If a hard drive is dead, we just say it’s dead and show you why. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We like being a local shop where people can just walk in and get help without a lot of fuss or expensive service fees. It’s a busy but good life here, and we like the independence of running our own small shop.
