Win - Tech India is tucked away at Plot No. 374 in Sector- 16. It is one of those places that stays quiet until the shift starts, and then it is all go until the evening. The plot is a decent size, enough to fit what we need and not much else. Sector- 16 is a mix of different types of businesses, so you never know who you will run into on the street. We have a small crew here, and most of us have been working together for a long time. There is no corporate ladder or fancy titles; everyone just knows what they have to do. The desks are a bit cluttered with blueprints and old parts, but that is just how we work. Finding the right spot in Sector- 16 can be a bit tricky if you are new, but Plot No. 374 is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the right lane. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. Just the name on the door and the sound of work coming from inside. It gets pretty dusty in the summer months, and the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just show up, do the tasks assigned for the day, and make sure everything is in order before locking up. It's a steady life here. Nothing fancy, just hard work. We keep the gate open when we are here.
