We are situated on the first floor of Famina Plaza, at SCO 133 in the Huda Market area of Sector 8. Being in the middle of a busy market means there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is a typical shop cum office space that we have lived in for a while. You have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to reach us. Once you get inside, it is a pretty functional environment. We have our computers set up on long desks and there is a small area in the back for making tea. It is not a corporate-style office with glass partitions or fancy carpets. We just have plain walls and some sturdy chairs that have seen a lot of use. We provide various services here, so someone is usually busy on the phone or typing up a report. The market noise can be quite loud, especially in the evenings when more shoppers arrive, but we enjoy the energy of the place. We have a few shelves filled with manuals and old folders. It is a very practical and honest workspace without any unnecessary fluff. Most of us go down to the market to get our snacks or a quick lunch. It is a good, steady place to work, and we like being part of the local scene here.
