We are located at House No 455 inside the Lmbra Complex. If you are looking for us, we are right near Siddharth Public School in Greater Faridabad. Being so close to a school means the mornings and afternoons are always very loud with kids and school buses. The complex itself is an older building, and our office is just a simple room we’ve set up with computers and repair benches. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning in every corner or fancy carpets. We have some sturdy wooden tables and a few chairs that we’ve had since we started. There is usually a pile of old monitors and broken keyboards in the back waiting to be recycled. Greater Faridabad has changed a lot since we first moved into this spot. There are so many new apartments now, but the Lmbra Complex still feels like the old part of the neighborhood. We mostly handle computer repairs and software issues for people who live around here. We don't have a big staff. It’s just a few of us who like messing around with technology. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. When the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We take a break in the afternoon to get some tea from the shop downstairs. It’s a very basic way of running a business, but it suits us just fine. We just focus on fixing whatever is broken and not much else.
