Triple Nine

Triple Nine is located at 1A/272 on Neelam Bata Road in the NIT area of Faridabad. This part of the city is always moving, with cars and people everywhere. We have been here for a while now, just running our small place. Neelam Bata Road is one of those spots where everyone passes through eventually. Our shop isn't fancy. It is just a plain building where we focus on the kitchen. We wake up early to get everything sorted before the road gets too crowded. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can hear it inside, but that is just part of being in NIT. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the start. We mostly serve people who work in the nearby shops or live in the residential blocks around here. It is a straightforward business. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny signs. People usually find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The menu is what you would expect from a local place. We try to keep things consistent so people know what they are getting when they walk in. It is a lot of hard work keeping up with the pace of Faridabad, but we are used to it by now. We just open the shutters every morning and get to work. That's our daily life here. It's not a complicated story, just a local restaurant trying to feed the busy crowd on Neelam Bata Road.
