Tele Wood

Tele Wood is located over at 14/3 in the Bolton Complex, right on Mathura Raod. If you know that area, you know it’s usually pretty packed with traffic and other businesses. We’ve been in this unit for a good while. The space is filled with the smell of wood and the sound of tools being moved around. It isn't one of those silent, clean offices you see in movies. There’s sawdust in the corners and piles of wood waiting to be worked on. We spend our time looking at slabs and figuring out how to cut them best. It’s practical work. My hands are usually a bit dirty by lunch, and that’s fine with me. We don’t spend much on marketing or anything like that. People mostly find us because they need something made or fixed. The Bolton Complex can be a maze if you aren’t familiar with it, but we’re right there in our spot. We just get on with the jobs we have for the day. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, so we stay late to finish up the sanding or the staining. It’s not a big corporate chain, just a local wood shop doing what needs to be done. We take our time with the saws and the measuring tape. It’s more about the physical work than sitting at a desk all day. That's how we like it, honestly, and it seems to work out for us.
