Our place, Suncol Adhesives Pvt Ltd, is tucked away at 16 Dlf Indl. Area Phase - 13. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise from trucks and machines nearby. We deal with glue and industrial adhesives, so the smell of the shop is something you get used to after a few minutes. The building is a bit old, with concrete floors and high ceilings for storage. We have drums and containers stacked up everywhere. It’s a practical space, not something you’d find in a mall. Most of our day is spent making sure the batches are right and that the containers are sealed properly for transport. The guys on the floor are usually covered in some kind of dust or residue by the end of the shift. We don't really have a front desk or anything like that. If you come by, you just walk into the main area and find someone. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving the heavy stuff around and loading up the vans. Phase 13 can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every turn. We just focus on getting the product out to the people who use it. There are no fancy meetings here, just a lot of work and making sure the machines keep running.
