Techcapital Software Private Limited is based out of Sainik Colony in Faridabad, specifically at House Number 189/A in Sector-49. It is a quiet neighborhood and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the software work we do. There are a handful of us here who have been working together for some time. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees. Instead, we are a small team that knows each other well. Our desks are usually covered in notes and some of us have too many monitors. The day-to-day is mostly about writing code and checking for errors. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We would rather just show what the software can do. Being in Sainik Colony means we are away from the main city noise, though the commute can be a bit of a drag sometimes. We started this company to handle local software needs and it has grown a bit since then, but we still keep things very basic. If someone calls, they usually talk to one of the people actually doing the work. We don't have a separate call center or anything like that. We just do our bit from this house in Faridabad and try to make sure everything we build works like it’s supposed to. It is a very normal, local office environment where we just focus on getting things finished on time for our clients.
