You can find us at Faridabad City on Arya Samaj Road, right at number 20-A. This store has been sitting here for quite some time now. Being a Tata Indicom Exclusive Store means we mostly deal with connections, new sim cards, and helping people who can't get their internet to work on their phones. Arya Samaj Road is always crowded and noisy, so there is always someone walking in with a question or a complaint. Sometimes the AC isn't working perfectly, but we still sit here and try to solve whatever issue the customer brings in. It might be a bill that looks wrong or a phone that won't make calls properly. We have some display units on the shelves, though they get dusty pretty fast with all the traffic and construction outside. Most of our day is spent typing on the old computer or explaining different data plans to older people who just want to use WhatsApp to talk to their grandkids. It is not the most exciting job in the world, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We are a small team, usually just two or three of us working at a time. We know the regular customers who live around the corner. They come in for a quick recharge or just to complain about the network sometimes. We just listen and try to fix what we can for them.
