Astha The Tele Shoppee is situated at 5 K/113 on KC Road in the Faridabad NIT area. We are a small retail spot that focuses on mobile phones and telecommunication needs. You can find us right there on the busy KC Road. We carry a variety of mobile handsets, from the basic ones that just make calls to the more modern smartphones. We also have a lot of different cases and covers hanging up on the walls because people like to protect their phones. It's a bit of a tight squeeze in the shop sometimes when more than three customers are inside, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time helping people set up their new phones or transferring their contacts. It’s not something we charge extra for, just part of being a local shop. We also handle recharges and bill payments for different networks. The staff here consists of just a couple of us who know the products well. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show you what we have and tell you the price. It's a very direct way of doing business. The neighborhood is lively, and we get to meet all sorts of people every day. We’ve been at this location long enough that we recognize most of our customers. It’s a good feeling to be part of the local market and help people stay connected with their families.
