Life Line Solutions

We are located at SCO-101 in the Huda Market area of Sector 16. Life Line Solutions is the name on the door. It’s a busy market, so there’s always people walking around and a lot of noise from the shops nearby. We’ve got this office space on the first floor. It’s not a huge place, just a couple of rooms and some desks. We do various types of service work from here. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to people on the phone. We don’t have a big staff, just three of us who share the work. Sometimes we get pretty busy and the phones don’t stop ringing, which can be a bit stressful. The market outside is great for lunch because there are so many food stalls. We usually grab something quick and eat at our desks while we work. The building itself is an older one in Sec-16, so the stairs are a bit narrow. We’ve been here for a few years now and we know all the other shop owners in the Huda Market. It’s a nice community feeling. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or sales pitches. We just answer the phone and try to help people out with whatever they need. It’s a straightforward business. We show up at nine and usually leave around six, depending on how much work is left on the desk. That's just how we do things at SCO-101. It’s a simple life running a small office.
