Sumit Machine Tools is a small outfit located at 2580 Sector 24 Main Road in the Nit area. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. It’s a noisy spot, but it’s good for business. We deal with machine tools of all sorts. Most of our days are spent checking specs and making sure the equipment is running like it should. We aren't a fancy showroom; we are a working shop where things get made and repaired. My team has been together for a while, and we’ve gotten into a rhythm. We don't talk much while we’re working, just focus on the task. The air usually smells like cutting oil and metal, which is something you get used to after a week. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do the work right so we don't have to do it twice. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we have to spend a lot of time on the phone, which can be frustrating. But mostly, it’s just about keeping the machines moving. We’ve been in Sector 24 for a long time now and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s a practical place for people who need real work done without any fuss. There is nothing special about us, just a group of guys doing our jobs.
