Srn Techno Tools

You can find Srn Techno Tools at No. 8 B- 492 on the third floor. We are right in the Nehru Ground area, which is a very busy commercial spot. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a climb, especially if we are carrying heavy tools or boxes, but we are used to it by now. The office is really more of a storage space with some desks tucked into the corners. We sell various techno tools and hardware parts. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a new shipment in. There are shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, filled with bits and pieces that we need for our customers. Nehru Ground is always crowded with shoppers and other businesses, so it’s never quiet. We don't have a big team or anyone to manage our public image. We just answer the phone, take orders, and make sure people get the tools they need. Sometimes the stairs are a bit slippery when it rains, and the lighting in the hallway isn't always the best. We’ve been here for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a community of small businesses just trying to make it through the week. We don't make any big promises. We just sell tools and try to keep our inventory straight. It’s a lot of counting and packing.
