We operate out of Plot No-233 and 234 in Sector-58, over in Ballabgarh. It is a fairly large space since we have two plots joined together. There is plenty of room for the equipment, but it still feels crowded when a big order comes in. The area is quite industrial, so the roads are often dusty and full of lorries. Inside, it is a mix of different stations where the guys work on various parts. We have got a rhythm going after all these years. One person handles the assembly, another does the testing, and someone else packs it all up. It is a simple system that works for us. We do not have a big HR department or a marketing team. If you call, you will probably talk to one of the guys on the floor or the person who handles the books. We have had the same clock on the wall for twenty years, and it still keeps decent time. The light in the back corner flickers sometimes, but we have not gotten around to changing the bulb yet. We focus on the work at hand rather than making the office look perfect. It is a practical environment for practical people. We stay busy, keep our heads down, and make sure the parts leave the gate when they are supposed to. Some days are longer than others, but that is just how the industry works for us.
