Dhruv Machine Tools

Dhruv Machine Tools is based at Plot No. 91 in Krishna Vihar Nawlu Colony. We are right on New Railway Road, which is quite close to the bus stand in Ballabgarh. It is a convenient spot, though the traffic can be a nightmare during the morning rush. The building is a bit tucked away, so you might miss it if you are not looking for the sign. We have a lot of heavy machinery crammed into the space. It is usually oily and smells like cut metal, which is how we like it. We spend our days tinkering with lathes and grinders. It is a small family-run type of place. My nephew helps out with the digital stuff, but mostly we stick to the old ways of doing things. We do not use any fancy software for our inventory; it is all in a big notebook on the main table. Sometimes the rain leaks through the roof near the back door, so we put a bucket there and carry on with the work. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a local shop where we fix and sell machine tools. We know most of our customers by their first names because they have been coming here for a decade. We offer a handshake and a cup of tea to anyone who stops by. It is just how things are done here in our corner of Ballabgarh.
