We are based out of 19-DLF Industrial Area, Phase II. It is a pretty standard industrial spot, surrounded by other factories and warehouses. At Ssp Pvt. Ltd., we don't have much time for anything other than the work on the floor. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for our manufacturing needs. There is always a rhythm of machines running and trucks loading or unloading at the gate. It can be a bit loud and hectic during the day, but that’s just life in an industrial area like Phase II. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll likely walk straight into the workspace. We spend our hours looking over designs and checking the output of our machines. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes the power goes out, or a machine needs a repair that takes longer than we’d like, but we just keep going. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t bother with corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the items we produce are made right and shipped out on time. The roads around here can be rough, especially after the rain, but we are used to it by now. It is just a regular place where people work hard every day. We usually grab lunch from the nearby stalls when we are too busy to bring anything.
