We run our food court business out of a place in Faridabad, specifically at House Number 1654/9. It is a bit of a trek from Noida where most of our main food solution work happens, but this is where the office sits. We handle a lot of logistics for food across India, which sounds more complicated than it really is most days. Mostly, it is just us sitting at desks making sure suppliers show up on time and the menus are actually what people want to eat. The house in Faridabad is just a normal building on a regular street, nothing that would make you stop and look twice. We have some desks pushed together and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit there waiting for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk instead of just typing. We deal with vendors from all over, and some are easier to work with than others. The food business is messy and loud and there is always something that needs fixing. We aren't some polished corporate entity with a fancy logo on every wall. We just know how to get food from point A to point B without too much trouble. It takes a lot of phone calls and a fair bit of patience. We've been doing this for a while now and we just take it as it comes.
