Indian Curry Cook

Our kitchen is located at House Number 1585 in S.G.M. Nagar, Faridabad. It’s where all the cooking happens. We spend most of our mornings chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready for the day's meals. It’s a busy house, and there’s always a smell of curry drifting out into the street. We don’t have a big restaurant front, it’s more of a home-based setup where we prepare food. The floors are usually a bit wet from cleaning, and the stove is almost always on. We handle a lot of local orders for people who want a proper meal without the fuss. It’s just a few of us working in the back. We don’t use any special equipment, just the same pots and pans you’d find in any Indian home. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the local market. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and stirring big pots. We’ve been in S.G.M. Nagar for a long time, so we know most of the families around here. We don’t have a fancy menu or anything like that. We just cook what’s fresh and what people like to eat. It’s simple, hot food made every single day. The heat in the kitchen gets intense, but we just deal with it and keep the orders moving out to the customers nearby.
