Spar Solutions Merchandising (P) Ltd is located over in Sector-55, Faridabad. Rajesh Kumar Kaushik is usually around the office here at 1089. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a good number of years. Merchandising is what we do, but if you saw our office, you’d just see a lot of boxes and people on phones. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a lot of time for fluff or fancy speeches. We just handle the stocks and the logistics as they come in. Sometimes the warehouse gets a bit disorganized, but we always find what we’re looking for eventually. It’s a busy life here in Sector-55. We’ve got our regulars who come by, and the staff has been together for a long time. We aren’t trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the orders go out on time. The office chair wheels squeak a bit, and the AC is sometimes too loud, but we’re used to it. We don't talk like those people in marketing videos. We just use plain words to get our point across. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area well. We like the routine of it all. Every morning starts with a quick check of the lists and ends with a bit of cleaning up. That’s our day, every day, right here in Faridabad. We don't need much more than that to be happy.
