Tiwari Tent House & Catteries

Tiwari Tent House & Catteries is located right in Gali No 121 of Sarwsti Colony here in Faridabad City. If you wander down our lane, you’ll probably see us sorting through big cooking pots or shaking out the dust from the decorative drapes. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been in this gali for longer than I can remember. We handle the tents but also the food side of things, so there’s always something going on. One day we’re cleaning silver trays and the next we’re hauling wooden planks for a stage. Sarwsti Colony is a tight-knit place, and our shop is always a bit of a mess with all the gear piled up. We don't have a big website or anything, we just talk to the people who walk in. The street outside is narrow, so loading the vans is always a bit of a struggle with the neighbors. We’ve had to patch up a lot of tents over the years and fix the burners on the big stoves. It’s hard on the back, but it keeps us busy. We just do the work as it comes. Usually, the smell of spices from the kitchen area hangs around the shop. It’s not a fancy business, just a lot of manual labor and making sure we have enough plates for the next wedding. We just stay here in Gali 121 and do our best.
