Spar Solution

We are based at 1H/2A in N.I.T Faridabad, Haryana 121001. It’s a solid location in a busy part of the city. The building is older, but it serves our needs just fine. We have a few computers set up on long wooden tables and some mismatched chairs we’ve collected over the years. The walls are a bit bare, maybe just a clock and a whiteboard where we scribble notes and numbers. It’s the kind of place where we just focus on finding solutions for whatever comes our way. The internet can be a bit moody sometimes, so we have a backup connection that we switch to. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. There is a small window that lets in a bit of sunlight in the mornings. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We drink a lot of tea while we work, usually getting it from the stall down the road. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No one wears suits or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get through the tasks. The neighborhood is full of other small businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going all day long. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just deal with the work as it arrives on our desks.
