Sony Communication

You can find Sony Communication in Sector 37 at Raja Ram Market 14. This market is a local spot where people come for their daily groceries and we are tucked in right between a tailor and a sweet shop. We do a lot of mobile servicing and sell things like batteries, earphones, and second-hand phones sometimes. The shop is narrow so if three people come in at once it feels very full. We have glass cases on both sides that we have to clean every single morning because of the fingerprints. Raja Ram Market is a friendly place and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We usually keep the radio on for some background music while we work on phones. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because the parts are hard to find. We don't promise anything we can't do and we tell people straight if a phone is too broken to fix. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We have a small stool behind the counter where I sit and wait for customers when it’s slow. In the evenings the market gets really crowded with people coming home from work and that is our busiest time. We stay open late most nights just to make sure we don't miss anyone who needs their phone back. It isn't much to look at but it's our lively little corner of the world where we stay quite busy.
