We are located at 2A/5, BP in the NIT area. It’s a pretty simple setup we have here. Even though the name sounds like a big online website, we are very much a local business at heart. We spend a lot of our time dealing with solar components like panels, controllers, and all the wiring that goes with them. It can be a bit confusing for folks who aren't used to it, so we spend a lot of time just talking through how it all fits together. The NIT area is quite a busy place to be, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know what we do. We aren't the type to use a lot of fancy jargon. If a battery is going to last five years, we say so. If a panel is overkill for a small shed, we tell the customer that too. We’d rather be honest than make an extra bit of money on a sale that doesn't make sense. Our office is often full of boxes and parts waiting to be shipped out or picked up. It's a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. It’s just regular work for regular people, and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings here, just us getting things done.
