We’ve been here at 92, Sector-21C for a while now. Most days it’s just us and the rows of pipes and fittings that fill up the back room. People walk in looking for a specific bolt or a faucet that doesn't leak, and usually, we can find it if we dig around enough. Mittal Hardware And Sanitary Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy showroom where everything is under bright spotlights. It’s more of a working space. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty because of the deliveries coming in and out all day. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure we have what people actually need for their homes. It gets busy in the mornings when the local plumbers stop by before heading to their jobs. We know most of them by name. There’s always a bit of tea going around and some talk about the weather or how the neighborhood is changing. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. It’s just about having the right tools and parts on the shelves. If someone needs a new sink or just some advice on a leaky pipe, they come here. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with hardware and sanitary stuff isn't always glamorous, but it’s what we do. The shop is our second home, and we’ve gotten used to the smell of metal and PVC. We just keep our heads down and keep the place running. We've got plenty of stories from over the years.
