We've been here at Plot No 5 in Sector 4 for a good while now. Ballabgarh is a busy spot, and our place stays pretty loud most days with the machines running. It’s just how it is when you’re dealing with plastic stuff day in and day out. Some mornings start early, before the traffic gets really bad, just to get a head start on whatever needs doing. We aren't a huge team at Regal Plastic Pvt. Ltd., just regular people trying to make things work. The floor gets dusty, and it’s usually hot, especially in the summer months, but we manage. You’ll mostly find us around the machines or checking on the crates. It’s not fancy, and we don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a workshop where we keep our tools and materials. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which takes time. We handle the plastic molding and whatever else comes through the door. It’s practical work. Most people around here know where we are, right near the main road in the industrial area. We just stick to our routine, making sure the orders are ready when they need to be. There’s always some noise from the neighbors too, since it’s a tight space. We don’t spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless we have to. It’s more about the hands-on part of the job for us. We just keep the doors open and get to it.
