We’re located at number 246 in Phase-4 of Udyog Vihar. If you know the area, you know it’s always packed with traffic and people moving about. Shyam Telecom has been part of this landscape for quite some time. The office is a functional space. We don’t go in for much decoration. It’s mostly desks and telecom equipment. We spend our time making sure things are connected and working like they should. It’s the kind of work that people don't notice until something stops working, so we try to make sure that doesn't happen. The atmosphere is pretty casual among the staff. We talk, we work, we grab lunch from the local stalls. It’s a very grounded way to spend a day. We don’t have a massive marketing team or anything. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here and we know the industry. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it houses everything we need. We like being in Udyog Vihar because it’s where all the action is for businesses like ours. There’s always a bit of dust and noise, but that’s just part of being in a busy industrial hub. We keep the machines running and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s just what we do to keep busy and pay the bills. Most days are good days here.
