Our shop, Shiv Shakti Telecom & Mobile Repairing, is right here in Sahibabad Garima Garden 41610. It is a small place but we have been around for a long time fixing all kinds of phones. Mostly people come in because they dropped their mobile and the screen is cracked or the battery just doesn't hold a charge like it used to. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home and stops by to ask about a repair or maybe get a new cover for their phone. We have all the little tools laid out on the bench and sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the tiny screws and wires everywhere. The fan keeps us cool while we work on the motherboards and stuff. It is not fancy here but we get the job done. Sahibabad can be dusty so we are always wiping down the glass counters. People from the neighborhood know us by name and we usually just chat while they wait for a quick fix. Sometimes we have to order parts which takes a day or two but we tell them honestly when it will be ready. It’s just how things go in a small local business like this one. We don’t have any big signs or anything but the regulars find us just fine. Every day is different depending on what kind of broken gadget someone brings through the door and asks us to look at.
