Daily cleaning is necessary since the desks get a bit dusty. You won't find a marketing team here or anyone writing polished speeches. We are just a group of people who know how to do our jobs. Whenever the plumbing acts up or the lights flicker, we just fix it ourselves and move on. It’s a very practical environment. Making big promises isn't our style; we just try to show up every day and do what is expected of us. Being on Najafgarh Road gives us a good connection to the rest of the area. We have become very used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. It isn't much, but it's where we get things done and stay focused on the tasks at hand. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit when it's on high speed, but we don't mind.
