Sargo Tools

Sargo Tools is tucked away in the Faridabad N I T area. The address is 41610, which is where we do all our business from. It’s a practical space. We deal in tools and various hardware items that local people and businesses need. The shop is often a bit messy because there are always crates being opened. We don't see the point in making it look like a showroom when it's a working shop. Most of the people who come here are regulars who have been buying from us for years. We know most of them by name. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and checking sizes. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the inventory is right and the customers are satisfied with what they buy. The area is quite industrial, so there’s always a lot of activity and the smell of exhaust. We open the shutters early in the morning, around 9 AM. Sometimes we close a bit late if someone is coming from far away to pick up an order. It’s a basic operation. We don’t spend money on ads or social media. Word of mouth is usually enough for us. It’s just the way things have always been done here at Sargo Tools. We have a small radio that plays the news while we sort through the nuts and bolts. Sometimes the light bulbs flicker, but we just tighten them and keep going. It's a decent spot.
