Plot No 8 A in the Sarurpur Industrial Area is where you can find us most days. We’ve been running Saibyaliquor Pvt. Ltd. from this spot for a while. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there is always a lot of noise from trucks and other factories nearby. Our work involves a lot of handling crates and keeping track of the inventory coming in and going out. It is not the kind of job where you sit in a quiet office all day. Most of the time, we are out in the storage area making sure everything is where it should be. The office part of the building is pretty basic—just some desks, a couple of old chairs, and a lot of files. We don't see the point in spending money on fancy furniture when we could be focusing on the work itself. Sometimes the orders get a bit mixed up or a delivery is late because of the traffic, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the way it is in this business. We don't have a big team, but the people here are hardworking and don't complain much. We usually have our lunch together in the small break room. We don't talk about big goals or anything like that; we just focus on getting through the daily list. It is a practical life, and it keeps us busy. We are just a local business trying to do things right.
