Punjabi Roasters

You can find us at Shop No - 169 on the 9-10 Dividing Road in Sector 10. Faridabad is a busy place, and this sector stays pretty crowded throughout the week. We opened Punjabi Roasters because we wanted a spot where people could get something to eat without a lot of fuss. It’s a straightforward shop. We spend most of our day around the ovens and the tandoor. It gets hot in there, especially in the summer months, but that is part of the job. We aren't fancy people. We wear our aprons, handle the orders, and talk to the regulars who come in every afternoon. Some people have been coming since we first opened the doors. The Dividing Road gets a lot of traffic, so we see all sorts of folks. We don't have a big seating area, it's more about the food itself. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We make sure the supplies are fresh every morning. It's a lot of work running a shop in Sector 10, but we enjoy the routine. If you are near Shop 169, you will smell what we are cooking. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just roast the food and serve it. That’s how we’ve always done it here and we plan to keep it that way for a long time yet.
