Cafe 31

You can find Cafe 31 over at the K Hotel in Sector 31 of Faridabad. We’re situated right behind the Pristine Mall, which means we get a mix of people coming in. Some are staying at the hotel, while others have just finished shopping or watching a movie and want a place to sit that’s a bit more settled. The cafe is a straightforward part of the building. We don’t have any grand decorations or anything like that. It’s mostly just tables, chairs, and a counter where we get everything ready. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure we have enough milk and coffee beans for the day. Sector 31 can get quite busy, especially on the weekends with the mall nearby. We see families, young people, and some business folks too. It’s a casual place. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. The staff is mostly local guys who know the area well. We just try to make sure that when someone orders something, it comes out right and it’s hot. Sometimes we run out of a certain dessert or the Wi-Fi acts up, but we just deal with those things as they happen. It’s a small, honest part of the hotel where you can just be yourself and have a quiet moment away from the traffic outside.
