Brew N Barrel The Microbrewery is up on the second level of Parsvnath City Mall in Sector 12. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking by, looking at the windows or carrying heavy shopping bags. We’re in Faridabad, so it gets pretty hot outside for most of the year, and the mall air conditioning is a big relief for everyone who comes in to see us. We started this place because we liked the idea of making something ourselves. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do here. You can see the mall traffic from near the entrance if you're looking. Some days it’s mostly families, other days it’s just people grabbing a drink after they finish work. We don’t try to be too formal or stiff here. The tables are sturdy and the lights are usually kept a bit low to set the mood. It gets really busy on the weekends, obviously, when everyone in Sector 12 decides to go out at the same time. We just keep the taps going and try to make sure everyone has a seat if they want one. It can get a bit loud when the music is on and people are talking over each other, but that’s just how it is in a place like this. We’ve been here for a bit now and seen the mall change around us. It's a decent spot to spend an evening.
