Sai Tools & Traders

We are located over at 423 in the New Ahirwara area, which is pretty close to Nimka Chowk if you are looking for us. It’s a bit of a crowded spot in Faridabad City, but it works for what we do at Sai Tools & Traders. Basically, we stock a lot of different tools and parts that people around here need for their shops or home projects. The shop isn't massive, so we have to stack things pretty high on the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact size of something, but we usually have it buried back there somewhere. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good bit of time now. The street outside is always full of people and bikes, which keeps things interesting. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It's just us behind the counter. We talk to the customers, figure out what they’re looking for, and see if we can get it for them. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic near the chowk, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We try to keep prices fair because we know everyone's working hard. It’s a straightforward business. No fancy uniforms or big signs. Just a lot of metal, boxes, and people coming in and out all day. We just try to keep the doors open and the shelves stocked for whoever walks in.
